BLACK SHIRTS GUILTY OF ASSAULT United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 16. William Mclntyre, George Clarke and Kenneth Davis, of the Plymouth Black Shirts, were sentenced to six weeks’ hard labour on charges of assault. Four others were fined £3, and ordered to pay costs for malicious damage to a Press photographer’s camera, after the photographer had disobeyed an order not to take photographs. Two were found not guilty.
