FARMERS ON STRIKE
ALL ROADS BLOCKED AS PROTEST United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, November 16. A message from Mundare (Alberta), states that with all roads blocked and picketed against grain deliveries to the elevators, the farmers’ strike took a serious turn to-day in ten towns. Only one delivery was made by a farmer, under armed policed protection. The strike is a protest against alleged unfair grading and excessive charges by the elevators.
