ANNUAL CONFERENCE By Telegraph Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, November 1. The annual conference of the Associated Chambers of Commerce began this morning, Mr A. M. Seaman (Auckland), presiding. Delegates from 16 centres present, were welcomed by the Deputy-Mayor. Rev. J. K. Archer. Addresses were given by Mr R. Boulter (His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner) and Mr H, H, Sterling (chairman of the Railways Board) Remits are now being considered
