CUSTOMS RETURNS
TIMARU The customs revenue-for the month of October for the Port of Timaru showed a substantial increase over the figures for the corresponding month of last year. The customs and petrol figures were considerably in advance of the totals for October, 1933, but returns from sales tax showed a slight decline.
