COLOMBO TEA AUCTION

Wright has received the following cabled report on the Colombo tea auction of October 30: The market for medium and fine teas advanced about 1 < l , while common grades were slightly easier at the auction of 1,490,0001 b, the quality of the offerings being plain. At next week’s sale 1,390,0001 b is catalogued for auction.
