ORGANISATION DECLARED ILLEGAL United Press Association—B.v Electric Telegraph —Copyright CAPETOWN, October 29. A Windhoek message says that a sensation was caused throughout South-West Africa by the promulgation of a Government Gazette, declaring the Nazi organisation, the Zosialistische Deutscher Arbeiter Partei an illegal movement, banned under the terms of the Criminal Law Amendment Ordinance, which provides for the prevention of racial propaganda and other activities subversive of peace, order and good government in the territory.
