SEQUEL TO LORD STRICKLAND’S ACTION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 29. The Privy Council dismissed Lord Strickland’s appeal from the Malta Appeal Court, arising out of an action for damages and moral injury against Maltese newspapers for the publication in 1928 of an article alleging that Lord Strickland was of the Catholic faith.
