WORLD’S EXPORTABLE SURPLUS United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 30, 95 p.m.) ROME. October 29. The International Institute of Agriculture estimates that the world’s available export wheat surplus is 27,400,000 metric tons, including a carry-over of 17.800,000 metric tons. Importing countries requirements are estimated at 16.600,000 metric tons, compared with 14,900,000 metric tons last year.
