INTERNAL LOAN
PROPOSED IN AUSTRALIA United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright SYDNEY, October 30. The Canberra correspondent of “The Sdyney Morning Herald,” says: “Proposals for the early flotation of a £15,000,000 internal loan for the dual purpose of works and funding Treasury bills, has been agreed upon by the Loan Council and the Commonwealth Bank Board. The terms of the loan have not yet been settled.
