EELGO-AUSTRALIAN RECIPROCITY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, October 27. A cable has been received by an exporter of barley in Melbourne from his principals in London, stating that the Belgian Government hns removed the embargo on the imports of Australian barley, and other cereals into Belgium.
