MURDER CHARGE
MAORI REMANDED By lelevraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, October 27. Puhipi Riwihi, a young Maori, was charged in the Police Court to-day with murdering Paui Henare Riwhi, at Waiotemarama, on September 24. He was furthered remanded by Mr Myvern Wilson, S.M., on the application of the police to appear at Rawene on November 23. Counsel for accused consented to the remand. The charge arises from an alleged altercation between relatives concerning the ownership of land.
