CRUEL FATE OF JUDGE

United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright CAPETOWN, October 25. Beira, the Portuguese East Africa town, is in mourning as a result of a popular judge, Bazilio De Oliveira, being torn to death by an infuriated wounded lion at Mambone. The lion sprang on the judge as he approached it under the impression that it was dead. The lion, which had been wounded two days previously, leapt on the judge before he could fire.
