At Eastbourne the finals of the South of England championships resulted:— Men’s Singles.—Sharpe beat E. D. Andrews (New Zealand), 6-3, 6-3. Women’s Singles.—Miss Dorothy Round beat Mrs King, 6-4, 6-1. In the semi-final of the mixed doubles, C. Hare and Miss Joan Ridley beat E. D, Andrews and Miss Heeley, 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.
