Apples Cargoes of Trojan Star at Avonmouth and Turakina at Manchester in: good condition except for Statesman which are partly wasty. Steady demand. Current prices are:—Dunn’s Favourite, 7/- to 9/-; Rome Beauty, 9/- to 9/6; Delicious, 8/- to 10/6; Ballarat, 10 6 to 11/-; Dougherty, 10/- to 13/-; Granny Smith, 12/- to 17/6; Statesman, 9/- to 12'-; Sturmer, Yates, Tasma and Rokewood, 10/- to 12/-. DAIRY PRODUCE. The South Island Dairy Association Ltd. has received the following market report from the New Zealand Produce Association, Ltd., London:— ‘ Butter—Steady, finest 77/-; firsts 75/-, Danish 88/-. Cheese —Steady, white 49/6, coloured 46/- to 46/6. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.. Ltd., have received the following advice from their London house:— Butter—77/-, 78'-.
