YOUNG AUSTRALIAN PILOT KILLED United Press Association—By Electric TelegraDb - -Copyright MELBOURNE, July 23. Roy Lovett, aged 24, one of the Ballarat Aero Club’s most promising pilots, was killed when his machine nose-dived from a height of 1500 feet. Lovett had just come out of a loop when the plane plunged to earth, the nose of the machine driving nearly four feet into the ground. The plane was wrecked and the pilot was severely crushed.
