The Paris correspondent of “Reynold’s News” says: “In the course of a spy hunt, the police discovered » secret formula in the rooms of a Jugo-Slavian chemist, enabling electrical decomposition of water under certain conditions, and releasing the most enormous explosive force known. The police also seized letters from Professor Einstein endorsing the principles of the discovery. Seven were killed by an explosion during tests.
