For a second offence of arson at the Junction Hotel, Toko, near Stratford, Douglas Fraser, a farm hand, had his present sentence of reformative detention increased to three years' hard labour. On a charge of horse stealing and theft, Alexander Sydney Munro was sentenced to two years Borstal.
