CHICAGO CITIZEN'S TAX CONTRIBUTION. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Receive March 18, 6.45 p.m.) CHICAGO, March 17. Despite the depression, one Chicago citizen had an income of between 4,000,000 and 5,000,000 dollars in 1933, and will make an income tax payment of 1,593,000 dollars, the largest recorded for this area since 1929, and the largest of any individual or corporation to file returns this year.
