WHEAT FOR CHINA
PROPOSED DUTY AROUSES ALARM United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright (Received December 20, 11.30 p.m.) CANBERRA, December 20. The Federal Government has cabled for information from the Chinese Government respecting the duty of 7d per picul of 1301 b on wheat and flour entering China. Australian wheat exports to China in 1932-33 were valued at £4,943,000, and flour £1,069,000.
