SELECTION OF DEFENDER. By Telegraph—Ptbu Association CHRISTCHURCH, December 7. Irene was chosen to defend the Sanders Cup for Canterbury at a meeting of the Sanders Cup committee to-night. The following crew was selected.— Elliot, Sinclair (skipper), F. Forman (spinnaker hand), H. May and S. Fisher.
