DISSATISFACTION IN LABOUR CIRCLES. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright SYDNEY, November 7. Officials of the State and Australian Labour Party are making efforts to obtain a recount of the votes cast in the ballot for the election of the first 15 members of the new Upper House. The returning officer, Mr Calvert, announced that he will make a declaration in the morning. According to Mr Graves, General Secretary of the Australian Labour Party, application may be made to the Equity Court for an order restraining Mr Calvert until a recount Is made.
