ITALIAN SHIPS FOR AFRICA
SCOPE OF NEW CONTRACT. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 7, 7.25 p.m.) CAPETOWN, November 7. The Italian shipping contract provides four distinct services. Eighteen steamers are participating, seven oil and eleven on coal-burning. It is estimated that they will expend in three hundred calls at African ports for dues, stores, coal and agents’ commission the full amount of the subsidy.
