Beat * % butter to a cream, add sugar and % * egg whites well beaten, lastly »f» % flour, baking powder and flavour- * ing. Bake in well greased sand- J * wich tins and when cold place a * X filling between of cream whipped £ ♦|* stiff and mixed with a cup of £ * bananas, mashed to a fine pulp. «|» 5 Frost the top.
