CARNERA WINS
RETAINS CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ' ROME, October 22. In the presence of Signor Mussolini, Camera easily out-pointed Uzcudun In 15 rounds, retaining the world’s heavyweight championship. He was superior throughout, smothering the only serious opposition in the second round. Sixty-five thousand were present at the fight, which was held In the great sunken arena. Piazza D 1 Siena. Uzcudun was bleeding at the eyes and nose in the sixth, after which Carnera monotonously accumulated points, brushing blows aside almost contemptously, rather displeasing the huge crowd. Perhaps Uzcudun. who fought courageously, despite his 3} stone and several Inches disadvantage, would not have lasted out the contest had not Camera broken a small bone of the right hand midway In the fight, though he did not inform his seconds until the fourteenth round.
