TERMS LIST
CANTERBURY COLLEGE SOUTH CANTERBURY SUCCESSES Following is a list of South Canterbury students who have been granted ‘•terms” at Canterbury College. It is necessary for an undergraduate before sitting a subject in the examinations for a university degree to have been granted “terms" IK that subject by a constituent college of the university. Students who have attended a sufficient number of lectures and done satisfactory work throughout the year are generally granted “terms”; but in the case of students who have been exempted from attending lectures, and in the case of those whose work has not heen satisfactory, it is necessary to sit an examination. The examinations for these students were held this year between October 11 and October 14. FACULTY OF ARTS. Akins, Margaret A., English I, Philosophy I. Andrews, Doreen M., Philosophy I.
