WOMAN PIONEER
DEATH OF NOTABLE LONDON DOCTOR. British Official Wlreles* (Received October 22, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY. October 21. The death occurred in London today of Dr. Christine Murrell, the first woman practitioner to be elected to the General Medical Council. She was the pioneer in the work of advancing the cause of medical women, in the way of professional recognition.
