SEQUEL TO ARREST IN SYDNEY SYDNEY, October 13. Horace John Algar, aged 42, a company manager, was charged In the Central Court to-day with stealing £143 3s 6d from Raymond Swanger and others at Wellington. Algar was arrested on board the Wanganella. The court made an order that the defendant should be handed over to custody for return to New Zealand.
