NORTH OTAGO V. SOUTH CANTERBURY. The weather was brilliantly fine for the representative games on Saturday when South Canterbury met North Otago in the annual home and home matches. .Men’s Game. From the bully off South Canterbury attacked. North Otago returned and G. Anneal- returned to Otago’s territory. Prom a penalty comer F. O’Connor scored. South Canterbury 1, North Otago 0. South Canterbury attacked again and V. Hahn scored with a weak shot. South Canterbury 2, North Otago 0, Hole, Otago’s centre half, who was playing a splendid game, put Otago on the attack, and forced South Canterbury to a corner, which they eventually cleared. South Canterbury came again and from a penalty corner A. Annear scored. South Canterbury 3, North Otago 0. Half-time was called with the score unchanged. From the bully off South Canterbury attacked and McKenzie scored. South Canterbury 4, North Otago 0. * South Canterbury again attacked and O'Connor scored with a nice backhand shot.
