Forbes, visited Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, and paid a tribute to the Unknown Soldier of the United States, by placing a wreath of roses and asters on the tomb. VISIT TO CANADA. MR FORBES ACCEPTS INVITATION United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 17, 10.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, August 16. Mr Forbes will arrive here on Sunday, for a conference with Sir George Perley (Acting Prime Minister), and Mr Stevens (Minister of Trade), and other members of the Government. Mr Forbes on Wednesday accepted the invitation to visit Canada.
