Forbes, visited Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, and paid a tribute to the Unknown Soldier of the United States, by placing a wreath of roses and asters on the tomb. VISIT TO CANADA. Mr Forbes will arrive here on Sunday, for a conference with Sir George Perley (Acting Prime Minister), and Mr Stevens (Minister of Trade), and other members of the Government. Mr Forbes on Wednesday accepted the invitation to visit Canada.
