ACCUSED ACQUITTED. By Telegraph—Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, August 17. Upon it being revealed in the case for the Crown that accused had reason to believe that the bank deposits in question had been previously transferred to his brother, charges of perjury, against Nedo Radich failed in the Supreme Court to-day, his Honour Mr Justice Ostler directing the Jury to return a verdict of not guilty on all charges. The charges arose out of a judgment summons proceedings In the lower court, in which Radich swore that he had no money in the bank, whereas it subsequently transpired that he had a fixed deposit.
