SCHOOL TEACHER FATALLY INJURED By Telegraph—Press Association NAPIER, August 14. At an inquest into the death ot Miss Elizabeth Johnstone, a school teacher, who died as a result of a fall from a horse, a boy gave evidence that Miss Johnstone, who was a good horsewoman, was thrown off and fell on her shoulder. She did not appear to be seriously hurt, and attended school, only to be taken ill. A doctor stated that Miss Johnstone’s death in hospital was a result of haemorrhage of the b: in. A verdict in accordance with the medical ' evidence was returned.
