Headley took four wickets for 27. Second innings, none for 7. West Indies —Second innings, five for 251, declared (Roach 77). Form in League Games. Playing in the Lancashire League competition. Hird was not out 152, the highest score since the war. Macdonald took nine wickets for 28. Richardson made 50 runs and took five wickets for 28. Merritt made 29 runs and took seven wickets. Fairfax was not out with 43.
