NOTES. The Shell Company’s tanker, Paua arrived from Lytelton yesterday to discharge spirit at this port. She sailed for DUnedin later in the day. To-day the Port Whangarei is scheduled to arrive from- Oamaru. She will probably remain in port over the weekend and after loading for Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland and Whangarei on Monday is to sail for Lyttelton. The Kiwitea should be an arrival from Lyttelton to-morrow. She has a part cargo of coal to discharge at this port and is due to proceed to Dunedin on Monday. From there she is due to call at Bluff, Westport and Greymouth before sailing for Melbourne and Adelaide, v/here she is to load for Bluff, Dunedin,' Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland. To-morrow the Totara is set down to reach Timaru from Dunedin. She should take Wellington and New Plymouth shipments on. Monday. Wellington and Auckland cargo is to be taken by the Wingatui on Monday. The vessel is listed to arrive from the south to-morrow.

The Holmdale is expected to reach this port from the south to-morrow. She is to load for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui on Monday, when she is scheduled to depart for Lyttelton. The Calm also is to take Wellington, Picton and Wanganui shipments at this port. The vessel should be here from Dunedin on Tuesday and should proceed north via Lyttelton that day. The Gale is to load for Wellington and Wanganui on Thursday. The Poolta, on the Wellington, Napier and Gisborne run, is expected to call for shipments for those ports on Wednesday. Overseas. The Canadian Cruiser is expected to arrive early this morning from Dunedin. She is to load general cargo for New York, Boston, Halifax and the United Kingdom and should sail this evening for Lyttelton. The arrival of the Coptic from Oamaru has been deferred till Wednesday, when she is now due to load for the United Kingdom. She should get away for Bluff on Friday. OVERSEAS. LONDON, June 8.
