PROPOSED BY STATE CABINET. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, June 6. The Premier (Mr B. S. B. Stevens) announced Cabinet’s decision for the relief of settlers who were indebted to the Crown. All existing arrears of instalments will be postponed until the end of the term for payment of the purchase money. Interest will not be charged on the deferred instalments.
