WAIROA EARTHQUAKE RELIEF FUND.

The appeal launched by the Red Cross Society for relief in the earthquake region has met with a ready response. Collections have been made as follows:

The Red Cross Committee have forwarded £2 to Christchurch Centre towards their grant for earthquake relief, whilst the remaining £l2 2s is being forwarded direct to the Mayor’s Relief Fund, Wairoa.
