TENNIS STAR TO MARRY
VINES APPLIES FOR LICENSE. United Prass Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, September 26. At Pasadena, Vines to-day filed an application for a license to marry Miss Verle Low, a former junior college classmate. The marriage will take place on October 1. They will go to San Francisco following the wedding and embark for Australia there. Vines gave his age as 20, promising to have his mother, Mrs Caroline Vines, to sign the application. Miss Low is aged twenty-one.
