NOTICE OF DISMISSAL. WITHDRAWN. By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, August 5. In consequence of Mr Justice Herdman’s decision delivered yesterday, the Auckland Education Board decided to-day to withdraw the notices of dismissal previously sent to about 50 married women teachers. Further action is contemplated. The Board decided to ask the Minister of Education whether the Court’s judgment represented his desire when he brought the amending legislation before Parliament.
