NECESSARY IN FRENCH TEXTILE INDUSTRY. United Press Association—By Electrlo Teiegrapn—Copyright (Received April 12, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, April 11. Employers in the textile industry at Roubaix and Tourcoing, have informed the Trade Unions that an economic crisis necessitates considerable reduction in wage rates, affecting 100,000 workers, who are appealing to the Government.
