GERMAN COMMUNISTS ARRESTED. United Press Association—By ‘Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 12, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, April 11. The communist leader, Herr Diestbach and thirteen others employed by the Dye Trust, were arrested at Frankfurt, on a charge of industrial espionage. Correspondence allegedly proves that they sold the works secrets to the Berlin office of the Soviet Trade Delegation.
