DENOUNCED IN UNITED STATES. UjUived Press Association—By Blectrlc Telegraph—Copyright CHICAGO, April 8. President James C. Murray, of the Chicago Board of Trade, declared today that the stabilisation programme of the Farm Board had failed completely in the attempt to maintain the market on any satisfactory level. Addressing the Chicago Association of Commerce, he said the Farm Board's operations had resulted in accumulations which were a menace to the coming crops. The passage of the Agricultural Marketing Act, intended to benefit the farmer, had admittedly failed in its purpose, although ably managed by honest men. The operation of the Act again demonstrated the futility of interference with the normal action and reaction of supply and demand.
