PRESIDENT’S LONG SENTENCE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrlaht (Received April 9, 7.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 8. A Baltimore message states that Paul V. Jupper, aged 54 years, was sentenced to a total of two hundred years’ imprisonment for stealing a million dollars from the Bank, of which he was president. He embezzled freely while Mayor of Beemer, a town in Nebraska.
