HIT ON HEAD.
VISITOR’S LOSS OF MEMORY. United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 9, 8.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 9. Detectives succeeded in obtaining a coherent story from the New Zealand visitor suffering from loss of memory. He is now in hospital. He declares his name is Albert Brassington. He was in the Napier earthquake and has been travelling the world for three years. He says that when he landed in Sydney he had a considerable sum of money in New Zealand currency. He met three men in Sydney and discussed the Malabar wreck. He went in a car with them to the scene and he remembers being hit on the head. After which his mind became blank. Medical opinion confirms the statement of head injury.
