CAPITULATION OF NONUNIONISTS. United Press Association—By Electrlo British Official Wireless (Received April 9, 10.30 p.m.) CAPETOWN, April 9. The non-unionists having decided to join the Union at midnight, thereby terminating the four days' tram and ’bus strike. The public were not inconvenienced I owing to the strikers running free I ’buses and the kindness of the * motorists.
