MAKING NO PROGRESS.

New Zealand Trade with Canada. DIFFICULTIES AGAINST TREATIES United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 6. 10.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, March 6. The Canadian Government hears with some regret the recriminations from New Zealand, that they are making no trade progress with Canada. The Treaty will be published when it is introduced simultaneously by two Parliaments. It is learned here that there are to be no negotiations with New Zealand for a specific agreement. The Canadian Government, however, faces considerable difficulty in promoting mutual trade with New Zealand, when the main product that the Dominion has will be subject to a high, if not a prohibitive duty.
