CANCELLATION RESTORES BUSINESS. United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 5, 7.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, March 5. The sheepskin exporters of Australia have decided to renew buying operations immediately the sheepskin duty is removed. It is estimated that since the duty was imposed on December 17, a million skins have either been destroyed or damaged. Thousands have been burned.
