Before Mr Justice Reed and a jury, in the action for damages arising out of a collislion on the Hutt Road, the jury found for plaintiff, Arthur Hirschon, on all counts, and awarded £507 12s special and general damages against Leonard Mervyn Wallace, manager. Permission was given to apply for a new trial. Tirschon, who was injured when his motor-cycle crashed" into a car, held that the accident was occurred through defendant failing to signal before turning.
