CHINA’S WAR LORDS.
ANOTHER LEADER ON THE MARCH. United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyright SHANGHAI, July 21. It is extremely significant that General Wang-Ching-Wei, the well-known anti-Nankin Leftist Leader, is en route to Pekin, it is reported, for the purpose of establishing an Independent Government. His departure from Canton supports the unauthenticated reports that Nankin is suffering set-backs on all military fronts. The fact that large Nationalist reinforcements have been hastily summoned from the Wantung Province supports the above surmise.
