Dispute On Coal Bill. SOLUTION BELIEVED FOUND. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 22, 7.0 p.m.) LONDON, July 22. The House of Commons agreed, without division, to Mr W. J. Graham’s motion accepting the amendments of the House of Lords to the Coal Bill, subject to the condition that the district Spreadover arrangement must have the aproval of the Mining Association of Britain, and the Miners’ Federation. Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister, on behalf of the Opposition accepted the condition. Sir Herbert Samuel (Liberal) hoped the arrangement was a good augury for the future settlement of coal controverises. The “Daily Express” lobby correspondent reports that the experts to the Cabinet Committee on Unemployment, indicate that the end of a great slump is in sight, with the possibility of an early trade revival.
