It is understood that Mr Macdonald will sh r .:\ly be making changes in the Cabinet. • The “Sunday Express” believes the Rt. Hon. J. H. Thomas will become Secretary for the Dominions, and preside at the coming Conference, and a strong committee, with Mr Macdonald as president, will be appointed to deal with unemployment.
