A very stiff trail was laid by R. Nelson and H. The results were as follows:—Slow pack, E. Wilson 1, C. Wilson 2, N. Tooth 3. Medium pack, W. Holmes 1, D. Vincent 2. L. McKessar 3. Fast pack, R. Lund 1, H. Cullimore 2, W. Beswarick 3. After the run members were entertained to afternoon-tea. R. Nelson (Club captain), on behalf of the Club, thanked the Rev. and Mrs Peat for the splendid time they had given the harriers. Mr Peat briefly replied. Next Saturday the Club will run from the Bay Hall in the official combined harrier club opening. It is expected that a large number of members will be present.
